About me
Whitney Harper is a lawyer, law firm owner (co-founder of ADVOS legal), entrepreneur, and firm-building strategist who co-founded ADVOS Pro to help law firm owners design practices they love—ones that love them back. After years in BigLaw, Whitney became General Counsel and later a business unit leader, gaining a rare perspective from both sides of the lawyer–client relationship.
She saw firsthand how hourly billing created conflict, inefficiency, and misaligned incentives—and knew there had to be a better way. So she helped build it. Through ADVOS Pro’s signature Path to PROmance method and the groundbreaking P3 Method for deliverables-based pricing, Whitney teaches law firm owners how to move beyond the billable hour, grow intentionally, and create firms that deliver time freedom, financial reward, and genuine joy.
