What to Track, What to Fix, What to Ignore

Most firms track plenty of data. Not all use it to make better decisions. This session focuses on the financial and productivity metrics that have the biggest effect on firm performance and profitability, including the ones that tend to be overlooked, and a few that can mislead you.

We'll cover:
  • The metrics that matter most, and why
  • Where standard reports leave gaps, and what those gaps can cost
  • How to turn the numbers you already have into decisions

We'll also show how firms can put these metrics to work using practical reporting, including a look at a new Finance Enterprise reporting package built for this purpose.

What you'll walk away with: A clear picture of which metrics truly matter, and at least one idea you can put to work right away, regardless of the system you're using today.
